    Is the SnapSeries Ecosystem compatible with my phone?

    Yes, SnapSeries is designed to work with any smartphone, except for flip phones.

    Whether you're using an iPhone or an Android phone, you should be able to use SnapSeries accessories to enhance your mobile content creation.

    SnapSeries will magnetically attach to MagSafe-compatible smartphones, and you can use a MagSafe case if you are using an Android or non-Magsafe phones.

    Can I use the SnapSeries Ecosystem with a phone case?

    The SnapSeries Ecosystem works with and without a phone case. You can use MagSafe-compatible cases or cases up to 2.5mm thick.

    For non-MagSafe cases, please use a Magnetic Sticker in order to use the SnapSeries EcoSystem.

    What is the warranty coverage?

    Super useful for camera stability

    Purchased the snap grip pro for my vacation. I knew I was gonna be taking a lot of photos and I struggle with trying to hold the iPhone due to its thin size. The snap grip pro completely solved that issue and in addition it was a backup charger.

    It’s cheap plastic AF… the tilt head doesn’t til much…. It’s not a question of «Is it gonna break», it more of «When is gonna break» ! I can’t believe I bought this...

    Incomplete

    Ordered 2 lenses for a once-in-a-lifetime Alaskan cruise. Shipping took longer than stated and didn’t get them until I got back. They’ve been out of polarizing filters for months. Not ready for Prime-Time!

    The gear is ok. It has a lot of potential, but not enough to really stand out.

    I love a good gadget. This product has the right idea, but it falls short in some respects. The camera handle has no means for a lanyard, and the connection isn't entirely reliable. The stand and ring light do not work well with the camera handle, which is kind of the main entry point for this product. While I will be keeping this product. I was hoping for so much more. Disappointed, but hopefully future editions get this right.
